Included Health, a healthcare company delivering integrated virtual care and navigation, is seeking a Workday Systems Analyst to support Finance operations. This role is responsible for managing Workday Financials and related finance applications, including financial management, procurement, reporting, and connected business processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support and maintain Workday Financials, business processes, security requirements, reports, calculated fields, and functional components
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs, requirements, and functional specifications
- Evaluate current processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support integrations and data flows between Workday and adjacent finance applications; coordinate with technical teams on complex issues
- Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshoot system issues, and escalate risks appropriately
- Create, maintain, and improve scheduled and ad hoc reports using Workday reporting tools
- Validate data accuracy, investigate reporting discrepancies, and improve data visibility in partnership with Finance and Technology Services teams
- Develop test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria; execute or coordinate testing for configuration changes, integrations, reports, and system releases
- Support project planning and delivery for Finance systems initiatives, including requirements, process design, testing, documentation, and implementation
- Stay current on Workday releases and product capabilities; identify opportunities to leverage new functionality
- Create and maintain functional documentation, procedures, job aids, and support materials
- Build effective working relationships across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, FP&A, and other cross-functional teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Finance organizations, Finance systems, business applications, or related area
- At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials or comparable ERP finance modules
- Working knowledge of Finance processes, procedures, and policies with ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, functional design, system configuration, testing, reporting, and documentation
- Experience troubleshooting system issues and communicating clear, actionable resolutions to business stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer-service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to facilitate discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to change
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with Workday procurement, expenses, accounting, reporting, or related Finance functionality
- Experience supporting integrations or data flows between Workday and adjacent finance applications
- Experience with Workday reporting, business processes, calculated fields, and data validation
- Experience working in healthcare, technology, or other complex operating environments
- Experience supporting enterprise software releases, implementations, or continuous improvement initiatives
