Salary: USD 106,812 - 140,190.75 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking a Website Operations Manager to join the Marketing team, reporting to the Associate Director of Marketing, Websites & Digital Reputation. This role owns the operational, technical, and strategic management of Oscar's online properties, ensuring alignment with business needs, marketing objectives, and compliance requirements while identifying growth opportunities. Key responsibilities include managing Oscar's Content Management System (CMS) platform, optimizing for internal use and enabling self-service content updates across teams like Compliance and Pharmacy. You will maintain and enhance existing web pages, implement new content opportunities, and improve user experience through data-driven insights. The role requires expertise in Google Analytics setup and reporting, with accountability for monitoring website performance, user behavior, and key metrics to inform stakeholder decisions. You will develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, staying current with AI-driven changes in search algorithms. A/B testing and multivariate testing will be core responsibilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement optimization opportunities. You'll also ensure the company's digital presence is protected, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with broader business objectives. The position is based in Oscar's New York City office with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in-office per week. Thursdays are mandatory for team meetings and events; the other two office days are flexible.
