Wonderful is seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Manager to build and scale the brand, ecosystem, and market presence across the Nordics region while contributing to global marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, bridges strategy and execution, and enjoys building programs from the ground up.
As the primary marketing leader in-region, you will serve as a trusted business partner to the Regional General Manager, ensuring marketing aligns with regional business priorities and supports every stage of the customer lifecycle—from awareness and demand generation through customer acquisition, expansion, advocacy, and retention.
Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional marketing plans aligned to business objectives and revenue targets; owning the regional marketing strategy across the entire customer lifecycle; planning and delivering integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth; leading regional field marketing initiatives including executive engagement, flagship events, customer programs, ecosystem and partner marketing, PR, and strategic communications; partnering with leadership and central marketing teams on regional go-to-market initiatives; localizing global messaging and campaigns for regional enterprise audiences; developing and executing account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting priority accounts; building relationships with customers, partners, analysts, media, and industry influencers; managing regional marketing budgets and vendor relationships; measuring and analyzing marketing performance to optimize campaigns and ROI; and providing market intelligence and competitive feedback to shape strategy.
You bring 8+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with a strong background in field marketing and integrated demand generation. You have proven experience partnering with senior business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes, hands-on expertise across field marketing, executive events, ABM, partner marketing, integrated campaigns, PR, and content marketing, and a strong understanding of enterprise go-to-market strategies and the full customer lifecycle. Experience in enterprise AI, SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or enterprise software is highly desirable. You are analytical, skilled at measuring marketing performance and optimizing based on data, excellent at stakeholder management and cross-functional influence, comfortable in fast-paced high-growth environments, and professionally proficient in English.
