Remberg is a European leader in modern, agentic maintenance software serving industrial companies like Remondis, Würth, and Edeka. As VP Sales, you own the entire sales function and report directly to the CEO, sitting on the leadership team. You manage 13-15 people across BDRs, Account Executives, and team leads, and own the sales number at board level. Your primary mandate is execution excellence and scaling the organization. You lead two go-to-market motions: (1) high-touch Enterprise sales to industrial companies (primary lever), and (2) a lean, low-touch motion for smaller accounts. Key responsibilities include: developing long-term sales strategy (2+ year horizon) identifying winning markets and verticals; serving as a sparring partner to the CEO and co-founders on company direction; building and steering a high-performing sales leadership team with hiring and succession decisions; owning new and expansion ARR from Enterprise accounts with complex, multi-stakeholder deals; managing pipeline generation end-to-end across outbound, inbound, events, and partners; building remberg's presence in the SAP ecosystem through partnerships and solution engineering; owning forecast and sales KPIs for board reporting; and leading the low-touch GTM motion with automation and AI leverage. Required: 10+ years leading AE and/or BDR teams in B2B SaaS with proven Enterprise new-logo track record, strong coaching and people development skills; demonstrated ability building outbound-led pipeline motions using MEDDPICC or comparable frameworks; experience scaling sales organizations in the 10-20M€ ARR range; business-fluent German and proficient English. Desirable: meaningful experience in industrial sector (manufacturing, plant operations, facilities, maintenance, asset management); knowledge of partner ecosystems and ERP-connected buying; analytical, data-driven mindset with KPI focus; hands-on AI tooling experience; product-led and low-touch GTM mindset. The role is office-based in Munich (minimum 3 days/week, ideally 4), with flexibility to work remotely up to 3 months annually.
