The Corporate Partnerships Manager will join a team that has already generated $15M+ in ARR by signing brand-level deals with major franchise corporations. This role focuses on enterprise-scale partnerships: Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and preferred-vendor agreements that unlock hundreds of franchisee locations at once.
Key responsibilities include:
**Hunt**: Prospect into corporate teams (CHROs, VPs of Talent, COOs) at franchise and multi-location brands through conferences, referrals, franchisee champions, trade associations, and outbound prospecting. Own a book of corporate brand relationships.
**Close**: Run multi-stakeholder deal cycles from discovery through signed agreements. Develop tailored business cases, deliver executive presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
**Grow**: Own relationships post-signature, managing entitlement execution, quarterly business reviews, expansion into payroll and AI products, and building ROI stories that drive franchisee-wide adoption.
**Team Up**: Collaborate daily with Account Executives, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure brand deals translate into location growth. Bring field intelligence back into company playbooks.
**Move Fast With AI**: Use AI tools for research, prospecting, and proposals as a default workflow.
