Preferred qualifications include fintech ecosystem experience (payments, FX, financial infrastructure), deep understanding of SME & Growth company challenges in international expansion, consultative sales approach, strategic thinking for partnership discussions, problem-solving orientation, ability to balance multiple priorities in high-growth environments, self-motivation with strong accountability for KPIs, and a track record of contributing to new product launches or market expansions.
