League is a leading healthcare experience platform serving 70+ million people across health plans, providers, pharmacy retailers, and digital health innovators. The company helps close critical gaps in healthcare delivery—identifying what patients need next, removing barriers, and ensuring follow-through on appointments, prescriptions, and referrals.
As Director of Platform Sales, you'll lead enterprise sales efforts across League's priority healthcare segments, with initial focus on payer accounts (health plans, HCM, brokers) while maintaining flexibility to move across payer and provider segments as market dynamics shift. You'll own the complete sales cycle for strategic platform accounts, from pipeline generation through deal closure and handoff to delivery teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning end-to-end sales processes for target enterprise accounts
- Generating new pipeline through your network and collaborating with Marketing and Business Development on Account-Based Marketing initiatives
- Negotiating complex partnership agreements
- Achieving budgeted sales objectives and maintaining accurate forecasts
- Working with executives to develop compelling sales narratives and materials for prospects
- Partnering with go-to-market leadership to create repeatable sales processes, especially in new verticals
- Communicating product needs and market insights back to leadership
- Fostering a culture of success across go-to-market functions
You bring 10+ years of enterprise sales and sales management experience with a track record of quota attainment in complex environments. You have experience with Platform-as-a-Service, digital transformation, and consumer/patient engagement sales. Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry—payers, providers, pharmacy—is essential. You're proficient in Salesforce and sales acceleration tools, comfortable with C-suite stakeholder management, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
You're sharp and quick to learn, with genuine drive grounded in purpose beyond compensation. You're collaborative and team-oriented, thrive within structured, replicable sales processes, and communicate directly while building authentic relationships. You're self-aware, coachable, and don't need to be the loudest person in the room to succeed.
