Wiz is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead the EMEA region. This is a strategic leadership role managing a team of Area Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents across mature and emerging European, Middle Eastern, and African territories. The VP will be responsible for translating global commercial strategy into a localized EMEA go-to-market plan, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share across the region. Key responsibilities include building and scaling a high-performance sales leadership team, maintaining rigorous operational forecasting and pipeline management, and serving as the primary executive sponsor for key enterprise customer and partner relationships. The role requires close collaboration with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Channel & Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Legal teams to execute a unified GTM motion. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or cybersecurity sales leadership experience, with at least 5+ years managing second-line sales leaders across international markets. You should have a proven track record scaling hyper-growth sales theatres with $50M+ ARR responsibility and deep expertise in value-selling methodologies like MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Preferred qualifications include 15+ years in fast-paced cloud security environments, experience scaling EMEA from $50M to $150M+ ARR, deep knowledge of EMEA sub-regions (UK/I, DACH, Southern Europe, Nordics, Middle East), and an established network of CISO, CIO, and executive-level relationships.
