Wiz is seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead the EMEA region. The company is a rapidly growing cloud and AI security platform, recently acquired by Google, trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100 to scan and secure 230+ billion files daily.
In this role, you will set vision and strategy for the EMEA sales theatre, managing a team of Area Vice Presidents and Regional Vice Presidents across mature and emerging territories including UK/Ireland, DACH, Southern Europe, Nordics, and Middle East. You'll drive revenue growth, pipeline velocity, and market penetration while translating global commercial strategy into localized go-to-market execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership and GTM execution: develop and execute the EMEA go-to-market plan aligned with global strategy
- Executive team management: recruit, hire, and mentor top-tier sales leaders to build scalable second-line leadership
- Operational excellence: maintain rigorous forecasting and operational rhythm, delivering precise monthly/quarterly/annual projections
- Cross-functional alignment: collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Channel & Alliances, Marketing, Product, and Legal
- Customer and partner sponsorship: serve as primary executive spokesperson, building deep relationships with CISO and C-suite executives at marquee accounts
- Cultural and organizational scale: foster high-performance, high-accountability sales culture
You'll need 12+ years of sales leadership in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or cybersecurity, with 5+ years managing second-line leaders (RVPs, AVPs) across international markets. Proven track record scaling hyper-growth sales theatres with $50M+ ARR responsibility is essential. Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies required. Preferred: 15+ years progressive experience in cloud security/cybersecurity, track record scaling EMEA from $50M to $150M+ ARR, deep operational expertise across EMEA sub-regions, strong CISO/CIO/executive customer relationships, and experience informing product roadmap and pricing strategy.
