Delinea is seeking a VP of Sales Development to lead the global renewals and retention strategy for its Identity Security Platform. Reporting to the President, you will own the multi-year vision for software retention, adoption, and expansion across the customer base, building and scaling a global team of managers and individual contributors to execute this strategy. Key responsibilities include: developing and evolving the global renewals strategy to protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue; building, scaling, and leading a high-achieving global renewals organization with managers and team leads; setting executive-level strategy to defend against competitive pressures and identify expansion opportunities within current accounts; owning the customer retention forecast and its P&L implications; setting annual uplift and pricing strategy in partnership with Finance; serving as the executive escalation point for customer pain points; acting as the primary bridge between Sales, Finance, and Customer Success; and building processes, systems, and reporting infrastructure to identify churn trends early and drive appropriate action. You will be a core member of the Delinea GTM Leadership Team, partnering directly with the President and cross-functional executive peers to shape company-wide retention strategy.
