Dust is hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager to build and lead the customer success function from its London headquarters. This is a high-ownership, market-building role focused on strategic enterprise customers, not a traditional account management position. You will own the complete customer journey from executive alignment and implementation through adoption, value realization, renewal, and expansion. Working with C-level and VP-level leaders at companies like Datadog, 1Password, and Cursor, you'll help customers navigate organizational change and drive measurable AI adoption across their organizations. Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts; establishing trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders; leading complex, multi-quarter customer journeys with cross-functional coordination; driving measurable value realization (time saved, costs reduced, faster execution); conducting executive business reviews; supporting enterprise-wide change management and rollout planning; identifying expansion opportunities; orchestrating internal resources across CS, Product, Sales, and Deployment teams; and building foundational CS processes, playbooks, and operating models. You'll represent the customer voice internally, turning needs and patterns into product feedback and strategic insight. As the first senior CS leader at the London office, you'll shape how Dust serves customers and define the company's approach to executive engagement and customer success at scale. Dust is an AI-native company backed by Sequoia, with 70%+ weekly active users and customers including Datadog, 1Password, Cursor, Clay, Vanta, and Persona. The team comes from Stripe, OpenAI, and Stanford, and the company aims to 5x growth by end of 2026.
