Roboflow is seeking a Solutions Architect to join its pre-sales team and help design and deploy computer vision solutions for enterprise customers. You'll work alongside sales leadership and the co-founder/CEO to qualify opportunities, design tailored edge-based computer vision solutions, and lead technical demonstrations and proofs of concept.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with sales to assess technical feasibility and compatibility of potential projects
- Designing scalable, secure solutions that integrate hardware, software, and edge deployment configurations
- Maintaining deep expertise in Roboflow's computer vision platform, deployment methodologies, and customization options
- Leading technical demos and POCs, configuring environments, and troubleshooting issues
- Serving as the primary technical contact for customer inquiries about architecture, APIs, security, and scalability
- Partnering with Product and Engineering teams to provide customer feedback and advocate for feature improvements
You should have experience in solutions architecture, technical sales engineering, or a related role, ideally in computer vision, AI, or IoT. Industry experience in manufacturing, automotive, logistics, food processing, or retail is valuable. You'll need expertise in edge-based solution design, strong communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders, solid knowledge of computer vision and machine learning, and familiarity with cloud/edge infrastructure (AWS, Azure IoT). Python and JavaScript proficiency is required. The role involves approximately 40% travel.
