As VP of People & Culture, you will lead all aspects of the people function and serve as a key member of the executive leadership team. This is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for elevating talent, culture, and organizational performance across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, serving as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, talent development, and rewards
- Design and execute HR strategy aligned with business goals, using HR analytics to identify opportunities
- Lead talent management and succession planning to build an exceptional pipeline supporting company growth
- Oversee all HR operations: recruitment, assessment, training, performance management, development, compensation, benefits, compliance, labor relations, and HR systems
- Drive employee engagement and foster a customer-focused workforce
- Lead diversity and inclusion strategy and build a talent magnet culture
- Develop and mentor a high-performing HR team
- Establish aligned policies and cultural norms, including complete staffing of the Moses Lake manufacturing plant
- Ensure total rewards structure supports organizational objectives
