Teleport is an AI Infrastructure Identity Company solving critical security challenges by providing cryptographically secured identities for humans, machines, workloads, and AI agents. As a Senior People Business Partner, you'll be a founding member of the Organizational Effectiveness function, reporting to the Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and partnering directly with the R&D organization (Engineering and Product).
You'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and managers, diagnosing organizational health, identifying trends and capability gaps, and partnering on initiatives that keep R&D strong at scale. Your core responsibilities include coaching engineering and product managers on performance management and feedback, developing senior leaders and managers through change, leading org design and succession planning, and designing leadership development programs with measurable outcomes.
You'll work closely with the HR team to ensure consistent support across the organization, using modern tools including AI to enhance how you diagnose organizational health and help managers operate more effectively. This role requires deep understanding of technical teams, experience supporting rapid scaling, and the ability to influence senior leaders with candid perspectives while maintaining confidentiality.
