Collibra is seeking a Senior People Partner to serve as a strategic organizational consultant for two of its fastest-growing teams: Deasy Labs (AI unstructured data) and the Customer Organization (Customer Engineering, Professional Services, and Support). This is not a traditional HRBP role—you will operate as an internal consultant, identifying organizational problems, analyzing data, forming strategic perspectives, and driving solutions independently. Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders on workforce transformation as AI reshapes roles and team structures; designing and implementing targeted people strategies that drive business outcomes using workforce analytics and AI-assisted insights; providing strategic coaching and thought leadership across all organizational levels; embedding people programs (Performance Management, L&D, Rewards, Employee Experience) into business strategies; and managing employee relations and compliance matters across the US and EMEA regions. You will have 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner supporting customer-facing or revenue organizations (Customer Success, Sales, Sales Engineering, Professional Services). You bring familiarity with how AI is changing workforce design and manager-employee dynamics, demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights, and proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot) to solve business challenges. You have experience in global organizations (US and EMEA), understand responsible AI practices including bias mitigation and risk assessment, and hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent. You are a curious, adaptive learner who treats AI as a professional multiplier and actively builds your own AI workflows. You operate like an internal consultant—identifying problems, interrogating data, forming perspectives, and driving solutions without waiting for direction. You are an effective communicator and critical thinker with demonstrated empathy, experience driving cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in project and change management in fast-moving environments. Success metrics include meeting all Deasy Labs team members and Director+ leaders in the CCO org within month one; owning workforce plans for both teams and establishing trusted relationships by month three; and driving at least one meaningful people strategy recommendation connected to business outcomes by month six. This is a hybrid role based in the New York office, requiring at least two days per week in-office. The role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
