Podium is seeking a VP of Sales to lead and scale its SMB sales organization. The company has built an AI employee platform that helps local businesses (60,000+ customers across Auto, Home Services, and Aesthetics) capture and convert leads 24/7. Podium has achieved $100M+ in AI Agent ARR with 300% YoY growth and has deployed 10,000 AI employees to drive real business outcomes.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end SMB sales strategy and lead a high-performing sales organization including both leaders and individual contributors. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for the Home Services vertical; building and mentoring a world-class sales team; maintaining competitive intelligence; attracting and retaining top talent; providing coaching on strategic selling, pipeline development, and deal execution; partnering with cross-functional leaders on GTM initiatives; developing sales plans to achieve revenue targets; guiding key strategic deals and complex negotiations; and managing sales forecasts, goals, and KPIs.
You should bring 5+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of leading leaders and exceeding revenue goals. SaaS and SMB outbound sales experience is required. You'll need demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing sales teams, developing go-to-market strategies, training and developing talent, and using analytics to drive decision-making. Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
