SpotOn is seeking an experienced VP of Product Management to lead the Intelligence, Reporting, and Innovative AI product teams. This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to the Global Head of Product Management, with responsibility for defining product strategy across assigned areas and contributing to SpotOn's overall product direction. Key responsibilities include: leading a team of Product Managers through market research, roadmap development, and strategic pivots based on customer needs and data; driving data-informed decision-making across metrics and KPIs; collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support to prioritize and deliver features; staying ahead of AI and emerging technology trends to position SpotOn as an industry leader; and presenting product strategy to diverse audiences from SMB customers to investors and executives. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years managing and coaching Product Manager teams. Required skills include fluency with AI tools (Claude, Vercel, or similar), deep comfort with metrics-driven environments, strong communication and presentation abilities, and the ability to make decisions with incomplete information while managing teams through ambiguity. A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience delivering quality products is essential. SpotOn values customer empathy and encourages product leaders to spend time in the field—including working shifts at customer restaurants and bars to understand their needs firsthand. Prior restaurant industry experience is a significant plus but not required. Compensation includes a base salary range of $275,000–$320,000, an equity package (details based on candidate seniority and location), medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, RSUs, generous paid time off, and professional development support including up to $2,000 annual tuition reimbursement.
