As Staff Product Manager, you will own a significant product domain within Astra OS end-to-end, from discovery through delivery and iteration. You'll work closely with engineering leads, design, data, and customer-facing teams to drive clarity and execution in a rapidly growing organization. This is a foundational hire for Clarium's product organization—you'll help shape how the product practice is built, including processes, norms, and ways of working.
Key responsibilities include: owning a core product domain end-to-end; partnering closely with engineering leads throughout development, involving them early in customer conversations; going deep with customers and stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear product direction; removing roadblocks and making tradeoffs in a resource-constrained environment; balancing input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success; and contributing to building Clarium's product infrastructure and practices.
You should bring strong product sense and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business and customer value. You'll need proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces. Experience in startups or high-growth environments where the playbook isn't written is essential. Healthcare technology experience is required, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations. You should understand what it takes to drive change within large healthcare organizations.
Nice-to-have skills include hands-on experience integrating with Epic or other large enterprise healthcare systems, experience building AI-powered products or agentic tooling, and background at companies selling into top health systems. You'll use enterprise product management, healthcare workflows, cross-functional stakeholder management, and discovery & requirements definition skills daily.
