Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 / annual
EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on deploying agentic AI into housing and healthcare workflows. The company simplifies renter experiences (apartment tours, lease signing, maintenance requests) and healthcare operations (appointment scheduling, intake forms, patient communication).
As Product Operations Manager, you will be a core member of the product team, bridging product strategy and engineering execution. You'll own the full lifecycle of new product lines serving large enterprise customers, from discovery through launch and scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating product requirements into detailed specs, diagrams, and edge-case definitions
- Conducting discovery sessions with enterprise clients to understand needs
- Driving launch readiness and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
- Owning enterprise implementation (migrations, permissions, templates, configurations)
- Leading post-launch follow-through and issue resolution
- Synthesizing customer feedback from multiple sources (calls, logs, support tickets, surveys) to drive product improvements
- Building and scaling product operations processes, monitoring, and support infrastructure
- Managing product compliance and collaborating with Legal on regulatory matters
- Contributing to team hiring and talent attraction
You'll operate with full autonomy in a fast-moving environment, expected to move at high velocity while maintaining precision. The role requires strong written communication, meticulous attention to detail, and proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous settings. In-office presence required 4-5 days per week in San Francisco.
