Scopely, a leading interactive entertainment company behind MONOPOLY GO! and Pokémon GO, is seeking an Associate Product Manager to join the MONOPOLY GO! game team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis (3 days per week in office).
You will oversee the operational health and execution of live minigame cycles, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and readiness for millions of global players. This role bridges product strategy and operational excellence, requiring coordination across planning, implementation, playtesting, and post-launch analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of recurring live events, from planning through deployment and post-event analysis
- Coordinating rigorous playtesting sessions, documenting findings, triaging defects, and ensuring critical regressions are resolved before launch
- Auditing final game configurations against technical specifications to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Driving cross-functional synchronization between Engineering, Design, and Art teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of strategic decisions and project velocity to foster team alignment
- Supporting launch readiness by identifying risks and refining operational workflows through post-release analysis
- Leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline evidence comparison and documentation
You should bring authentic enthusiasm for mobile gaming and a systems-oriented mindset. Required experience includes a background in operations, product, design, or analytics developed through professional roles or significant practical application. You must demonstrate meticulous precision, intellectual curiosity, proactive communication, and exceptional administrative skills to navigate multiple concurrent events across various lifecycle phases.
Bonus qualifications include prior involvement with mobile gaming or live-service products, proficiency with data and digital platforms for problem-solving, and demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions and automation to optimize workflows.
