Salary: USD 275,000 - 320,000 / annual

You will lead SpotOn's Intelligence, Reporting, and Innovative AI product teams, reporting directly to the Global Head of Product Management. This is a strategic leadership role where you will define product strategy for your areas, contribute to overall company product strategy, and work closely with the C-Suite. Key responsibilities include: - Driving product strategy definition for your product areas and contributing to SpotOn's overall strategy - Managing a team of Product Managers through market investigation, roadmap building, and strategic adjustments based on client needs and data - Taking a forward-thinking approach to product vision and design, particularly around AI innovation - Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Support to prioritize and deliver new functionality - Assessing market competition, client preferences, emerging technologies, and industry trends - Being data-driven and deeply engaged with metrics that drive company and customer goals - Presenting to diverse audiences from SMBs to investors and executives You will be expected to deeply understand customer needs by "getting out of the building"—SpotOn product leaders commonly work shifts at customer restaurants and bars to observe operations firsthand. Requirements: - 7+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years managing and coaching a team of Product Managers - Fluency with AI tools such as Claude, Vercel, or similar - Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to understand user needs through direct observation - Experience operating in metrics-driven environments and leveraging data for decision-making - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and experience designing and delivering quality products - Ability to manage multiple projects iteratively - Strong communication and presentation skills for multiple audience types - Comfort making decisions with imperfect information and managing teams through ambiguity and complexity - Past restaurant experience (working in a restaurant) is a serious plus but not required - U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship not available
