Signal AI is seeking an exceptional VP of Marketing to lead the company's next phase of growth as it scales from a proven product to a market-leading intelligence platform. This is a strategic executive role for a commercially-driven marketing leader with a demonstrated track record of scaling global B2B SaaS marketing organizations from $50m+ ARR environments.
You will own Signal AI's complete marketing strategy, leading a geographically distributed team across EMEA, North America and beyond, while building a world-class demand generation engine that drives predictable, enterprise-scale pipeline growth. Unlike many VP Marketing roles, this position is not expected to lead individual specialist functions—Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Field Marketing teams already exist and operate effectively. Instead, you'll elevate these teams into a cohesive, revenue-focused growth engine where every marketing investment is directly accountable to pipeline and ARR targets.
Key responsibilities include: leading global marketing strategy and P&L accountable for pipeline contribution and marketing ROI across all regions; building an integrated, high-performing global marketing organization managing directors of Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation and Content; designing and executing sophisticated multi-region demand generation strategies delivering consistent enterprise pipeline growth; building enterprise-grade Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programmes driving engagement with strategic accounts; developing integrated lifecycle and nurture programmes improving conversion velocity; architecting measurement frameworks and attribution models tracking marketing's direct contribution to revenue; establishing clear marketing KPIs tied to enterprise pipeline, revenue influence, CAC, LTV and ROMI; recruiting and developing a world-class geographically distributed marketing leadership team (8-10 direct reports); and driving cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success and the executive team.
You will partner directly with the CEO, Chief Customer Officer and Sales leadership, positioning marketing as a strategic commercial function that scales the business. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with significant influence over company direction.
