Perry Weather builds technology that helps organizations stay safe and operational when weather conditions change. The company serves MLB teams, construction companies, schools, cities, golf courses, and manufacturing sites with integrated software, hardware, and real-time data systems.
As VP of Marketing, you will own brand strategy, demand generation, and revenue influence for the company's next growth phase. You'll partner directly with the CRO to build a marketing function accountable to both brand and revenue metrics.
Key responsibilities include: establishing Perry Weather as the definitive weather safety standard across verticals (Education, Local Government, Commercial Construction, Manufacturing, Youth Camps); designing and executing repeatable demand generation through targeted campaigns, sales enablement, and GTM execution across inbound, outbound, and partner channels; directly sourcing ARR through marketing-driven pipeline; amplifying the company's voice through thought leadership, media, and content; and building real-time analytics and attribution frameworks to track marketing-sourced pipeline, bookings, campaign ROI, and brand performance.
You should bring 8+ years of B2B marketing leadership, ideally in high-growth SaaS, with proven success building marketing functions from scrappy to scalable. You need deep fluency in demand generation, brand strategy, and product marketing; strong command of marketing systems (CRM, automation, analytics); high EQ and low ego; and excellent cross-functional instincts to work closely with Sales, Product, and the executive team.
