Salary: USD 275,000 - 350,000 / annual

The company simplifies critical workflows—apartment touring and lease signing for renters, appointment scheduling and intake forms for patients—by embedding AI agents into existing systems to reduce manual work and improve user experience.
As VP of Growth, you will own end-to-end growth strategy and execution, driving new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts. You'll build out the next growth engine as the company scales rapidly.
Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy; establishing reporting mechanisms and data-driven insights for strategic adjustments; setting and tracking KPIs (MQLs, pipeline, conversion rates, market penetration, ROI); leading integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, conferences, and digital channels; collaborating with sales to provide prospecting collateral and tools; partnering with PR agencies and think tanks for brand visibility and thought leadership; optimizing the marketing tech stack (analytics, automation) with sales ops and engineering; recruiting and managing a world-class marketing team.
You'll operate with full autonomy in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. The role requires 6+ years of B2B software experience in senior leadership, proven track record in demand generation, content, and event marketing, and experience scaling hyper-growth startups. In-person presence required 4-5 days per week in NYC.
