Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 150+ countries. The VP of Finance - LATAM leads the regional Finance organization, overseeing Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Procurement, Finance Operations, and Shared Services across multiple Latin American markets.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading the regional Finance organization and building a high-performing team across LATAM entities
• Driving annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes
• Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Optimizing cash flow, working capital, capital allocation, and liquidity management
• Partnering with Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to support profitable growth and strategic initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with tax, regulatory, corporate governance, and internal control requirements
• Leading finance transformation initiatives, automation projects, and continuous process improvements
• Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, regulators, and external advisors
• Serving as the primary Finance partner to the Global CFO and LATAM Leadership Team
This is a strategic role requiring deep financial leadership experience in a multi-country, regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have proven success building and scaling finance organizations, experience with international financial reporting standards, and the ability to drive operational excellence while supporting aggressive business expansion.
