As Head of Treasury, you will lead Qonto's treasury function, overseeing cash management, liquidity strategy, and financial risk management for a rapidly scaling fintech organization. This is a director-level role responsible for building and managing a treasury team, developing treasury policies and procedures, and ensuring optimal capital allocation across the business.
Key responsibilities include: managing cash positions and liquidity across multiple European markets; overseeing banking relationships and optimizing banking arrangements; developing and implementing treasury risk management strategies; managing foreign exchange exposure; ensuring regulatory compliance for treasury operations; and collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Business Development teams on financial planning and capital strategy.
You will report to the CFO or Finance leadership and play a critical role in supporting Qonto's continued growth and expansion across Europe. The role requires deep treasury expertise, strong financial acumen, and the ability to scale treasury operations as the company grows.
