As a Financial Planning & Strategy Associate, you will join the Finance Department and work closely with the FP&A Manager on strategic financial analysis. You'll advise the CEO, Founders, and Investors on key financial matters while supporting Fever's high-growth trajectory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing historical financials and KPIs to extract actionable insights
- Developing and maintaining complex, integrated financial models for strategic initiatives
- Performing scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities
- Conducting cross-group financial analyses to assess performance and identify improvement solutions
- Defining, tracking, and updating key reports including monthly management accounts, market performance, and financial KPIs
- Building deep knowledge across business areas to advise on growth initiatives and organizational structures
- Challenging and improving FP&A processes for greater agility and efficiency
You bring 2+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Consulting, Corporate Finance, or similar roles. You have a strong background in finance, economics, or engineering, with advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and deep understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow dynamics. You're fluent in English, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excel at cross-functional collaboration.
