Coram AI is seeking a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to own the complete deal lifecycle from quote through cash collection. This is a newly created role that consolidates deal management responsibilities currently spread across the CEO, Head of Finance, and sales leadership.
You will be the single point of control for all non-straight-through deals, managing the commercial approval process, contract paperwork, security reviews, and SLED procurement mechanics. Key responsibilities include owning commercial approvals on deals under $100K, creating and maintaining a tiered approval matrix, driving contract negotiations and redline tracking, managing the security review process end-to-end, handling SLED vendor registrations and compliance documentation, and ensuring clean handoffs to billing with proper order form and PO reconciliation.
The role will scale over time to encompass enterprise deals, procurement portal management, and vendor onboarding. You'll work with HubSpot CRM and CPQ systems, configuring rules and workflows rather than relying on support tickets. You'll need 4+ years of deal desk, revenue operations, sales operations, or order management experience at B2B companies selling into the US market, with direct hands-on experience in quote construction and discount approvals. Familiarity with the full order-to-cash cycle from invoicing through collection is preferred.
