Hippocratic AI is seeking a VP of Customer Success to lead enterprise health system partnerships and a high-performing team of Customer Success Executives. You will combine executive-level client ownership with hands-on leadership of solution deployment, workflow adoption, and measurable impact delivery.
In this player-coach role, you will directly manage relationships with major health systems while mentoring and developing a team that delivers scalable success across the client base. You'll shape the playbooks, metrics, and processes that scale the Customer Success function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Customer Success Executives with accountability and continuous improvement focus
- Serving as executive point of contact for major health system clients, building trusted relationships with CNOs, CMIOs, COOs, and senior stakeholders
- Leading enterprise implementations of Hippocratic AI solutions aligned with client operational priorities and clinical workflows
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales to incorporate customer feedback into product evolution and go-to-market strategy
- Defining, tracking, and communicating client success metrics measuring clinical, operational, and financial impact
- Guiding change management strategies and influencing adoption across complex health system environments
- Codifying best practices for onboarding, training, and workflow integration to establish a repeatable, scalable CS model
- Representing Hippocratic AI at industry conferences, webinars, and forums as a trusted partner in healthcare AI innovation
- Supporting team growth through mentoring and contributing to hiring and onboarding of new Customer Success Executives
You must have 8–12+ years of healthcare experience, including 5+ years in customer-facing leadership roles working with or within health systems. You'll need proven ability to lead and develop teams managing enterprise accounts, deep knowledge of clinical workflows and care delivery models, and experience leading cross-functional initiatives in startup or high-growth technology environments. Strong executive presence, communication skills, and demonstrated success in implementation excellence and change leadership are essential.
This is a forward-deployed, onsite role based in Philadelphia with weekly travel to client sites (5 days per week) and periodic travel to Hippocratic AI offices in Palo Alto for strategic planning and team sessions.
