CLEAR is building a secure identity platform transforming how people live, work, and travel. With 43+ million members and a growing partner network, CLEAR operates across airports, stadiums, and everyday digital experiences. As VP of B2B Marketing, you will own and lead CLEAR1's complete B2B marketing strategy and execution across the full customer funnel—from market positioning and demand generation through customer advocacy and expansion. You will define go-to-market approach, differentiation strategy, and revenue scaling initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Lead and scale core B2B marketing functions: product marketing, demand generation, customer marketing, field marketing, content, events, and lifecycle marketing - Develop differentiated positioning and go-to-market strategies; build team structure, operating cadence, and KPI frameworks for a high-performing, data-driven organization - Own budget, channel mix, and resource allocation for integrated demand generation and ABM programs to improve conversion, increase qualified pipeline, and drive ARR - Align with Sales leadership on ICPs, target accounts, and conversion strategies from first touch through closed-won - Partner with Customer Success to convert customer outcomes into references, case studies, and proof points that increase win rates and support expansion - Work with RevOps to improve lead quality, attribution, and visibility into marketing's pipeline and revenue impact - Shape product launch and go-to-market strategy, translating roadmap into compelling narratives informed by customer and market insights Success is measured by marketing contribution to qualified pipeline and ARR growth, demand engine efficiency (conversion rates, opportunity creation, pipeline velocity), positioning and messaging effectiveness, customer advocacy strength, and operational rigor in planning, budgeting, attribution, and KPI accountability. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, Brand, Creative, Communications, Legal, and Finance to align marketing to business priorities and drive measurable impact.
