Salary: USD 375,000 - 410,000 / annual

As VP of Employer Sales for the Pacific Northwest region, you will lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives focused on the 50-9,999 employee segment. You'll report directly to the SVP of Mid-Market Sales and be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring your team meets and exceeds targets. Key responsibilities include: leading and coaching a regional sales team; developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth in the mid-market segment; collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies; identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; monitoring regional sales performance and providing actionable insights; maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations; and building strong relationships with brokers and partners. You'll need 5+ years of proven sales leadership and management experience with a track record of delivering against team quotas. Extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants is essential. You should demonstrate exceptional leadership and people management skills, strong strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a results-oriented mindset. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required (Master's preferred).
