Salary: USD 375,000 - 410,000 / annual

As VP of Employer Sales for the East region, you will lead and manage a team of Regional Directors and Account Executives focused on the 50–9,999 life segment. You report directly to the SVP of Mid-Market Sales and are responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, and ensuring your team meets and exceeds targets.
Key responsibilities include: leading the East region sales team; developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth; collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies; providing leadership and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability; identifying and pursuing new business opportunities; monitoring regional sales performance and offering improvement recommendations; ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations; and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and partners.
You bring 5+ years of proven sales leadership and management experience with a track record of delivering against team quotas. You have extensive experience working with benefits brokers and consultants, exceptional people management skills, strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required (Master's preferred). You are results-oriented, mission-driven, and comfortable engaging with AI tools as part of your work.
