LaunchDarkly is seeking a VP of EMEA Sales to lead and scale the regional sales organization during a period of high growth and product portfolio expansion. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this leader will own new business and expansion revenue across EMEA's Enterprise and Corporate segments. The role is designed for a builder and operator who can translate regional insights into focused go-to-market strategy, establish a repeatable pipeline engine, and implement the operating discipline required for predictable growth. The VP will lead a multi-level sales organization and collaborate closely with Marketing, SDR/BDR teams, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Enablement, and Revenue Operations. Key responsibilities include owning EMEA new business and expansion revenue; setting regional go-to-market strategy across segmentation, territories, coverage, and capacity; building repeatable pipeline across outbound, inbound, account-based, and partner channels; establishing operating rhythms for pipeline inspection, forecasting, and deal progression; delivering accurate forecasts and visibility into pipeline health and performance; leading and developing Sales Directors, Managers, and Account Executives; driving consistent sales methodology and account planning; engaging in strategic deals through executive relationships and value selling; scaling land-and-expand motions; partnering with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to improve deal quality and retention; aligning with Marketing and SDR/BDR leadership on campaigns and pipeline goals; building co-sell and partner motions; and representing EMEA in global go-to-market planning. Required qualifications include 12+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales with 7+ years in sales leadership and experience managing managers. Candidates should have proven success scaling EMEA go-to-market strategy and sales organizations in high-growth technology companies, experience leading Enterprise and Corporate or Mid-Market sales motions, and a track record of delivering new business and expansion through complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Experience selling technical products to engineering, product, IT, and executive buyers is essential; developer tools or infrastructure experience is preferred. Expertise in pipeline generation, forecasting, territory planning, account coverage, sales methodology, and performance management is required, along with experience building land-and-expand motions and growing adoption within strategic accounts. The ideal candidate can hire, coach, and retain managers and individual contributors across multiple EMEA markets, and possesses executive presence and communication skills to influence global stakeholders.
