Salary: USD 105,000 - 122,500 / annual

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to lead renewal efforts for complex, high-value enterprise accounts. You will develop and execute tailored renewal strategies for the enterprise segment, managing a comprehensive pipeline of multi-year agreements while engaging directly with C-level stakeholders. This role requires strategic planning, advanced negotiation skills, and the ability to influence senior decision-makers while balancing customer needs with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: developing customized renewal strategies for high-value accounts; managing an enterprise renewal pipeline with accurate forecasting using Salesforce and other CRM tools; leading high-level communication with C-suite executives to resolve complex concerns; handling multi-year agreements with attention to accuracy and compliance; and identifying strategic growth opportunities to collaborate with Account Managers on upsell execution. You will directly impact retention and revenue growth in the enterprise segment. The role requires proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals, advanced negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Vitally), and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives. Compensation includes OTE salary, equity through an Employee Share Option Program, learning programs, coaching, quarterly refresh days, and extended end-of-year break.
