Salary: USD 105,000 - 122,500 / annual

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to lead renewal efforts for complex, high-value enterprise accounts. This role focuses on strategic account management, working directly with C-level stakeholders to manage intricate contract negotiations and develop tailored renewal strategies. Key responsibilities include developing and executing renewal strategies for high-value accounts that balance customer needs with business objectives. You will strategically manage a comprehensive renewal pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and addressing bottlenecks using CRM tools like Salesforce and Vitally. The role requires leading high-level communication with C-suite executives, resolving complex concerns, and influencing decision-making processes. You will handle multi-year agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance across CRM systems, and identify strategic growth opportunities to collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success teams for seamless execution. Your work will directly impact retention and revenue growth in the enterprise segment. Required qualifications include proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals and achieving retention metrics, advanced negotiation and analytical skills, proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce and Vitally, and the ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives.
