Salary: USD 105,000 - 122,500 / annual

Culture Amp is seeking a Senior Renewals Manager to lead renewal efforts for complex, high-value enterprise accounts. You will develop and execute tailored renewal strategies for the enterprise segment, managing a comprehensive pipeline of multi-year agreements while engaging directly with C-level stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: developing strategic renewal plans that balance customer needs with business objectives; managing the enterprise renewal pipeline with accurate forecasting and CRM discipline (Salesforce, Vitally); leading high-level communications with C-suite executives to resolve complex concerns and influence decision-making; handling multi-year contract negotiations and ensuring compliance; and identifying strategic growth and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers and Customer Success teams. You will directly impact retention and revenue growth metrics for the enterprise business. The role requires advanced negotiation and analytical skills, with proven experience managing enterprise-level renewals and achieving retention targets. You should be proficient in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce and Vitally, and comfortable influencing senior executives.
