CoLab is an AI platform for mechanical engineering design that helps teams bring products to market faster. The company has grown to 250+ employees, raised $72M in Series C funding, and was recognized as the #57 fastest-growing company in North America by Deloitte Fast 500. You will lead CoLab's demand generation function as VP, owning marketing-sourced pipeline creation and scaling the demand engine into the next growth phase. You'll manage a 4-person team with a mandate to evolve proven channels into a mature, scalable system while experimenting with new ones. Key responsibilities include architecting integrated multi-channel programs across paid, out-of-home, events, and emerging channels; allocating budget to maximize pipeline, conversion rates, and CAC efficiency; standing up CoLab's first ABM program; and collaborating closely with Sales and the executive team to drive revenue outcomes. You'll own demand gen budget, forecasting, and ROI tracking with direct accountability to leadership. While primarily a leadership role, you'll roll up your sleeves when needed to shape new motions and accelerate execution. You bring 10+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (VP, Head of Demand Gen, or equivalent). You have a proven track record building and scaling in-house demand gen teams that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth, particularly in enterprise environments with high-ASP products, long sales cycles, and complex buying committees. You're an analytical storyteller who can run numbers, form hypotheses, and present compelling narratives to executives. You excel at designing and executing multi-channel programs, partnering with product marketing on nuanced messaging, and balancing strategic work with hands-on execution when needed. This is a full-time, permanent position with stock options, extended health benefits, unlimited paid vacation, and RRSP matching. The role offers flexibility to work from anywhere in North America, with the main office in St. John's, Newfoundland.
