Support co-marketing partnerships and events. **Leadership**: Lead through influence initially; grow into managing a small social and brand team over time. Manage contractors, freelancers, and creators as needed. Required experience: 7–10 years in brand marketing, social, PR, or cultural marketing. Proven track record growing brands through organic social and earned media. Hands-on experience creating viral, culturally resonant moments. Startup or challenger brand experience strongly preferred.
