Lyra Health is seeking an experienced mental health clinician and leader to serve as a Clinical Quality Supervisor for its Pediatric Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP). This role combines direct clinical care with management and supervision responsibilities.
In the direct care component (approximately 50% of time), you will deliver evidence-based mental health treatment via telehealth to pediatric and young adult clients (ages 7-25) experiencing acute mental health needs. You will conduct individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and group skills training using evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, and ERP. You will also provide urgent care assessments, conducting risk and safety evaluations and developing stabilization plans. Your caseload will be diverse, requiring culturally responsive care that accounts for clients' varied backgrounds and needs.
In the supervision and management component (approximately 50% of time), you will lead and develop a team of Associate Social Worker (ASW) therapists. Responsibilities include clinical training, performance management, case consultation, and quality assurance reviews. You will review clinical quality metrics, provide feedback on therapeutic work, and assist with quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations and provider training. You will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and have access to expert consultation for complex cases.
The vIOP is a critical service designed to prevent hospitalization and provide accelerated, comprehensive care. Clients transition from the intensive program to ongoing access to Lyra's core coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services. The role is fully remote within the US and reports to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager.
Ideal candidates have experience supporting pediatric and young adult clients with mood and anxiety disorders in high-acuity settings (IOP, PHP, residential), expertise in evidence-based and culturally responsive practices, and experience supervising and managing clinical staff.
