bunch is building integrated software and services for private markets fund operations, combining secure data infrastructure, AI-powered workflows, and expert fund services. As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for GTM & Operations, you will own end-to-end hiring across business functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Partnerships, Fund Operations, and Fund Accounting across Germany and the UK, with occasional hires in Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
You will partner with functional and executive leaders to shape hiring demand, challenge role design, and improve hiring decisions. You'll build and close high-quality pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, networks, communities, events, and selective agencies, managing the full candidate journey from first contact through offer. You will lead the hiring portfolio with clear priorities and forecasts, using evidence on talent supply, compensation, location, competitors, and candidate motivation to recommend sequencing and capacity.
You'll strengthen hiring quality through disciplined intake, scorecards, interviews, feedback, and closing, while identifying friction and testing improvements. You will leverage AI tools (Claude, Gemini, Notion AI) and Ashby ATS to increase recruiting leverage while maintaining accountability for judgment, quality, and sensitive communication. You'll contribute to building efficient, future-proof hiring systems with the People team and develop employer branding initiatives in the private markets space.
Required experience includes significant end-to-end recruiting across business functions such as GTM, Operations, or Professional Services, with a strong track record of sourcing and closing high-calibre candidates through direct outreach. You should have worked across multiple functions, markets, or locations and ideally bring experience in fintech, fund administration, or professional services. You combine high ownership with strong business acumen, connecting company priorities and team design to practical hiring plans. You're self-starting, create structure, and escalate with informed recommendations. Practical experience using AI tools in recruiting workflows is expected, with experience building automations or new workflows as a strong advantage. Fluent English communication is required.
