Veeam Software, a data and AI trust company headquartered in Seattle, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruiting for complex and hard-to-fill roles. This role focuses on identifying what makes positions challenging and building tailored sourcing strategies to address talent gaps.
Key responsibilities include:
• Market Intelligence: Use market insights to optimize sourcing strategies and anticipate hiring challenges before they become bottlenecks.
• Candidate Experience: Deliver exceptional candidate experiences through creative attraction and engagement strategies. Partner on brand-aligned initiatives, develop compelling outreach messaging, and actively solicit feedback and referrals.
• Talent Pipelining: Develop innovative sourcing strategies for complex roles using diverse channels including Boolean search, referrals, community/niche platforms, and AI-powered tools to improve pipeline quality and diversity.
• End-to-End Recruiting: Own recruiting for complex or hard-to-fill roles with minimal supervision, including internal mobility options. Build tailored strategies, advise hiring leaders on candidate selection, and use data and market intelligence to optimize outcomes.
• Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for complex and senior-level positions. Design tailored assessment approaches, ensure panel calibration, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Offer Strategy: Pre-close candidates from initial contact through offer stage. Maintain competitive intelligence and know when to involve business leaders to close offers.
You'll work with both engineering and non-engineering hiring teams, maintaining candidate pipelines and advising leaders on talent availability and market conditions. The role requires strong sourcing expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to drive candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
