As Senior Recruiting Manager, you will own full-cycle recruiting across every function of the growing organization. You'll partner directly with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and identify talent who will thrive in the manufacturing environment. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role reporting to the VP of People.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and shaping the recruiting function as it scales
- Developing and executing recruitment strategies across all departments
- Building and enhancing the employer brand
- Managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and organizational priorities
- Building a pipeline of qualified candidates for manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions
- Creating a collaborative recruiting process that reflects Lightship's values
