Lyra Health is seeking an experienced mental health clinician and leader to serve as a Clinical Quality Supervisor for its Pediatric virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (vIOP). This role combines direct clinical care with management and supervision responsibilities.
In the direct care component (approximately 50% of time), you will provide time-limited, evidence-based mental health treatment via telehealth to pediatric and young adult clients (ages 7-25) with mood and anxiety disorders. Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy sessions, family sessions, and group skills training using evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ERP. You will maintain a diverse caseload and perform psychiatric urgent care assessments, including risk and safety evaluations and stabilization planning. A core emphasis is delivering culturally responsive care that accounts for clients' varied backgrounds and needs.
In the management and supervision component (approximately 50% of time), you will lead and supervise a team of Associate Social Worker (ASW) therapists. This includes training staff on evidence-based practices, reviewing clinical quality metrics, providing case consultation, and supporting quality improvement initiatives such as specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews. You will report to the vIOP Clinical Quality Manager.
The role is fully remote within the US. Lyra provides access to clinical consultation, multidisciplinary team meetings, and ongoing training to support your work. The vIOP serves as a critical, accelerated care option that helps prevent re-hospitalization and provides seamless access to coaching, therapy, and psychiatry services. Lyra Health is a leading mental health provider serving over 20 million people globally, with a track record of delivering 15+ million therapy sessions and publishing 35+ peer-reviewed studies demonstrating clinical effectiveness and cost efficiency.
