Razorpay, a leading full-stack fintech company processing $180+ billion in annualized transactions, is seeking an Associate Learning Business Partner to support business functions across the organization. This role bridges learning and operations, ensuring teams have the skills and resources to succeed in a fast-growing fintech environment.
You will own end-to-end training operations, starting with understanding how teams actually work on the ground. By spending time with business units, you'll identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions. You'll partner with managers to understand their challenges and translate those insights into actionable learning strategies.
Key responsibilities include: designing and executing training plans aligned with business goals; managing training calendars and logistics; identifying training needs through stakeholder conversations; creating and delivering training content via the LMS; measuring training effectiveness through attendance, feedback, and performance metrics; managing relationships with external training vendors; and championing AI-native approaches to upskill teams.
You'll act as a key liaison between HR, business leaders, and employees, ensuring alignment on learning priorities. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work across multiple business functions simultaneously, and a collaborative mindset. You'll use data to demonstrate training ROI and continuously refine programs based on feedback.
