Relay is seeking a Video Producer to join the Marketing team and lead video as a key creative format for the brand. This is a full-spectrum role owning both concept development and delivery of polished, branded video content that resonates with small business owners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing video concepts rooted in Relay's brand, product, and customer needs, informed by YouTube best practices
- Owning Relay's YouTube channel strategy, including content pillars, publishing cadence, SEO/AEO optimization, thumbnails, and performance metrics
- Leading end-to-end production across formats: scripting, scheduling, shoot logistics, on-camera direction, and editing oversight
- Sourcing and coordinating talent, freelancers, and production vendors while managing timelines and budgets
- Analyzing channel and video performance data to inform content decisions
- Partnering with Brand, Growth, and Product Marketing teams to align video with campaigns and product launches
- Building sustainable production workflows and systems for consistent, high-quality output
Ideal candidates have 4-5 years of video production experience with a portfolio demonstrating range across formats, tones, and audiences. You should have hands-on YouTube expertise, proficiency in editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve), and strong organizational skills to manage multiple productions simultaneously. Experience with AI-assisted video tools, short-form content repurposing, motion design, and fintech/SaaS environments is valued. The role requires self-direction, cultural awareness, clear communication, and comfort presenting work to stakeholders.
