As Video & Content Producer, you'll own video and photo content creation end-to-end: shooting, editing, and publishing across customer events, internal events, and speaking engagements. This is a hands-on role where you'll be both behind the camera and at the keyboard finishing edits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Shoot and edit video and photo content for customer conferences, internal events, industry conferences, and recruiting events
- Turn raw footage into social-ready content: recaps, highlights, and clips
- Build and run an employee story series featuring interviews, new hires, and team spotlights
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to tailor content to intended audiences
- Support event logistics including scheduling and on-site coordination
- Brainstorm and execute new content series
- Help manage the company's and co-founders' social media content calendars
You'll need 2-5 years of experience shooting and editing video and photo content, with a portfolio demonstrating range across interviews, event coverage, and social clips. You should be comfortable running shoots solo (camera, audio, lighting), proficient in Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and possess strong storytelling instinct. Self-directed and organized, you can move fast without sacrificing craft and understand what makes video perform. B2B software or AI experience is a bonus.
