Reporting to the Paid Social Director, you will manage paid digital media campaigns across multiple social platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. Your core responsibilities include daily account operations (pacing, QA, optimization, reporting), campaign setup, and performance accountability across a portfolio of client accounts.
You will collaborate with Strategy and Media Planning teams to develop media plans and roadmaps aligned with client objectives. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, providing strategic insights and optimization recommendations, identifying testing opportunities, and escalating issues to resolve team and account challenges. You'll support process implementation, stay current with industry trends, and share best practices with the broader team.
Your role bridges paid social execution with broader integrated planning efforts. You will identify revenue retention and growth opportunities, pursue new ideas and solutions for clients, maintain rigorous QA standards, and contribute to documentation of campaign management best practices.
Required qualifications include 3-4 years of hands-on experience activating and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest. You must be proficient in G-Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and experienced across paid social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok, with knowledge of Campaign Manager 360. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage competing priorities autonomously, and structured working habits are essential.
