Aescape is a New York-based physical AI and robotics company that uses real-time body mapping, advanced robotics, and proprietary software to deliver personalized bodywork and recovery services. The company partners with leading fitness, hospitality, and wellness brands including Equinox, Life Time, Marriott, Hilton, Four Seasons, and others.
As Lifecycle & Loyalty Manager, you will own the complete customer lifecycle engine—email, SMS, and in-app messaging—that converts initial interest into first sessions, builds weekly recovery routines, and drives frequency and revenue growth. You'll design and execute programs across four core areas:
**Intent to Conversion:** Build onboarding and first-booking journeys across email, SMS, in-app, and web. Optimize for time-to-first-session and first-booking rate. Partner with Product Marketing on offer structure and promotional mechanics.
**Trial to Habit:** Own post-session and rebooking sequences that establish weekly cadence. Design lapsed and win-back programs with clear triggers. Track second-session rate, 30/90-day repeat rate, and sessions per member per month.
**Frequency & Revenue:** Grow sessions and revenue per member through segmentation and personalization. Build audience segments based on recency, frequency, location, and package status. Own upgrade paths and report on cohort performance.
**Loyalty & Advocacy:** Build and run the referral program end-to-end. Own review generation and rating programs. Design loyalty recognition layers. Source guest stories and UGC for Content and Product Marketing.
You'll work closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams. You own the programs, calendar, test plan, and results. This is a builder role—Aescape is scaling across partner locations, and the lifecycle system must scale with it. You'll move from strategy to build to analysis without waiting for handoffs, maintain a shared record of tests and learnings, and quickly kill what doesn't work while scaling what does.
Required: 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or growth marketing (ideally consumer subscription, fitness, hospitality, or multi-location retail). Hands-on fluency with Braze including canvases, segmentation, Liquid personalization, and event-based triggers. Track record of measurable lift in conversion, repeat rate, or revenue per customer. Experience designing and running referral programs.
