MyTime is a business operating system for multi-location enterprise and franchise brands in pet care, beauty salons, medspas, and barbershops. The platform consolidates scheduling, point of sale, payments, customer engagement, marketing, and analytics with AI-driven orchestration. The company is profitable, venture-backed by Upfront Ventures and Stage 2 Capital, and operates thousands of locations globally. You will architect and lead MyTime's enterprise sales motion from the ground up. This is a build-from-scratch opportunity: you will design the playbook, build the team, establish the named-account model, and personally close anchor enterprise deals to prove the motion. Your first year combines personal selling and team building—closing enterprise logos while codifying winning patterns and hiring your first account executives. As the team scales, you transition from individual contributor to organizational leader, running the sales engine that drives company growth. Key responsibilities include personally closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals; building a predictable pipeline engine through named-account prospecting, executive outreach, and partner channels; designing the sales methodology and operating system (stage definitions, qualification criteria, forecasting, compensation); hiring and coaching the account executive team; and maintaining forecast integrity for board planning. Success metrics in year one: closed enterprise logos with repeatable patterns, documented and teachable sales methodology, qualified pipeline supporting next year's plan, hired and ramped account executives, and demonstrated repeatability beyond your personal deals. You bring 8+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with 4+ years leading teams. You have personally closed six-figure deals through complex buying processes and extended sales cycles. You have built sales functions from scratch—first playbook, first hires, first instrumentation. You are product-fluent, capable of leading discovery and demos independently. You have sold against entrenched incumbents and ideally have experience in multi-location or franchise businesses. Preferred: vertical SaaS for physical-location service businesses (beauty, wellness, fitness, pet care, home services, restaurant, dental, veterinary, automotive) and franchise fluency. The role offers significant autonomy—no inherited playbook or politics. You have pricing discretion, direct CEO access, and field learnings that shape product direction. You are selling a mature, mission-critical platform, not a pre-product vision. The company is profitable and venture-backed, so you build with resources behind you. Meaningful equity provides real ownership. A clear path to broader revenue leadership exists as you scale the organization.
