Camber builds software to improve healthcare quality and accessibility by streamlining manual clinical work. The company has raised $50M from top-tier investors including a16z, Craft Ventures, and Y Combinator. You will serve as a Director-level Enterprise Account Executive responsible for owning and scaling Camber's most critical market segments. This is a full-cycle, relationship-driven role—not a traditional hand-off sales position. You will function as the General Manager of your book of business, navigating complex healthcare providers ($50M–$250M revenue) through the entire lifecycle from market mapping and diagnostics through successful implementation rollouts. Your focus will be on providers in the $25M–$100M revenue range, where you'll be the primary face of Camber. Your time splits between two core priorities: **Pipeline Generation & Closing (70%):** Move from reactive management to proactive, pre-ordained coverage planning for top ABA and PE targets. Own relationship mapping and outreach for large healthcare providers. Lead consultative diagnostic processes to identify pain points and build business cases. Partner with leadership to refine deal frameworks balancing margin with strategic value. **Implementation & Relationship Stewardship (30%):** In enterprise healthcare, the sale doesn't end at signature. You'll spend 25-30% of your time in H1 2026 working closely with clients during pilot phases to ensure MVP-level implementations convert to full-scale rollouts. Act as the key relationship owner until full rollout, ensuring stakeholders feel validated in their choice. Translate customer needs to internal teams, driving cross-functional collaboration. **Requirements:** Minimum 7-10 years enterprise sales experience with a Director-level track record closing $1M+ ACV deals. Deep understanding of the healthcare private equity landscape and RCM or clinical operations nuances. Preference for warm GTM motions and ability to navigate the healthcare executive community. Strategic judgment to optimize deal economics without sacrificing long-term value. Full-cycle ownership mentality and willingness to roll up sleeves during implementation. You bring proven ability to hit aggressive ARR targets, a General Manager mindset with total accountability for accounts, exceptional communication skills commanding rooms of CFOs and CIOs, and a collaborative team-first spirit. Camber prioritizes team cohesion and shared success over individual heroics. This role is not a fit if you prefer working alone, want to close and disappear, need rigid structure, or lack genuine empathy for clinicians and patients. Hybrid role based in NYC with 3-5 days/week in office; Fridays remote-friendly. Comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision, mental health support (weekly therapy reimbursement up to $100), up to 12 weeks paid parental leave, 401K/HSA/FSA, commuter benefits, $100/month fitness stipend, and flexible PTO.
